Course Curriculum

Module 1: Nutrient Timing & Periodisation

Aligning nutrition with training cycles. Matching energy intake to expenditure for different phases of training (pre-season, competition, off-season).

Module 2: Hydration Science

Electrolyte management, sweat rate calculation, and hydration strategies to prevent performance decrement in various environments.

Module 3: Workout Nutrition Protocols

Optimising the pre, intra, and post-workout windows. Carbohydrate loading, protein synthesis, and refuelling strategies for rapid recovery.

Module 4: Specialised Sports Nutrition

Strategies for weight class sports (making weight safely), endurance events, and strength/power sports. Includes detailed case studies.
