Starting his journey over 25 years ago, he has evolved from a passionate trainer to a sought-after educator and mentor for the next generation of fitness professionals. His deep understanding of exercise physiology, coupled with practical application, allows him to bridge the gap between complex science and real-world results.

As a partner to the National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign and co-creator of the Health Promotion Board's highly successful "Lose To Win" programme, Coach Sharm has played a pivotal role in shaping public health initiatives in Singapore. His expertise has helped thousands of Singaporeans take their first steps towards a healthier life.

He is also a prolific author, having written and produced over 30 books and courses covering topics from fat loss and functional training to coaching psychology. His voice is frequently featured in the media, with appearances on TV, radio, magazines, and features in The Straits Times.
